Adult Adoptee Network

Welcome to Adult Adoptee Network, a community for adult adoptees to share our experiences, network, learn, grow and become empowered. It's a safe space to share your journey and experiences of adoption. Although all our journeys are unique we are all connected through adoption. We will be having meetups throughout the year and encourage everyone to attend a meeting in person is a great way to connect and develop relationships.

Who are the facilitators?

The Adult Adoptee Network is facilitated by Judith Craig Morency, an adoptee with personal and professional experience in the field.

Judith Craig Morency; I'm a Registered Social Worker and transracial, transnational, foundling Adoptee from Haiti, adopted into a white Canadian family. I returned to Haiti in 2007 and embarked on a search for my birth family, which I documented in the film Adopted ID. I have just found my paternal birth family and am loving developing these new relationships while continuing my search for my maternal family. Professionally I’ve worked in child welfare, fostering, adoption and currently work as a Foster Parent recruiter and a Freelance Adoption Consultant.

Who is this for?

Adult adoptees who want to share their experiences, network, and become empowered.
