ACO Education Day

What is it?

Education Day is an excellent opportunity for adoptive and pre-adoptive families, and the professionals who work with them, to learn and connect with one another. Education Day covers many different relevent topics to adoption and permanency journeys through keynotes, seminars and workshops.

Is this for me?

Education Day is open to everyone in the adoption and permanency galaxy! We encourage all those impacted by adoption and permanency journeys to join us for Education Day.

What is the cost?

The cost will be determined closer to the event.

How do I sign up?

Registration for our Fall 2021 Education Day will be opening in the Spring!

What do previous participants have to say about the program?

  • “Lots of clear, helpful, useful, and practical examples and strategies. We better understand the concept of attachment, its issues, and enjoyed being able to share our thoughts and questions as a group.”
  • "I appreciated that the speaker was both an adoptive parents and a clinician. I learned a lot from her that I can apply to my work as a professional and I learned a lot about empathizing/supporting friends who want to adopt."
  • "Really enjoyed the session - wish it was longer."
